ey everyone, I’m in charge of upgrading our office communication systems and feeling a bit overwhelmed. We’re a mid-sized consulting firm with about 50 employees, and our current setup is really outdated. Half the time, clients can’t hear us properly, and the camera quality makes us look unprofessional.
I’ve been researching video conferencing services but honestly don’t know where to start. Our main conference room seats about 12 people, and we have three smaller meeting rooms that need equipment too. Budget isn’t unlimited, but we’re willing to invest in quality since we do a lot of client presentations.
What should I be looking for? Do we need different solutions for different room sizes? Also, is it worth hiring professionals to set everything up, or can our IT guy handle it? I’ve heard mixed things about trying to DIY these installations.
Any advice from people who’ve been through this process would be really helpful. We’re hoping to have everything up and running within the next two months, so timing is also a consideration for us.
