In slang, PMO can mean «Pee My Pants» or «Pee My Off»- and it can often be stated humorously when it is said to reflect one’s extreme laughter or surprise. Whenever something is so funny, a person usually shouts: «That joke made me PMO!» This presents an image that one is laughing so strongly he could lose it, with a tongue-in-cheek exploration of that reaction.
